Russia shells Kharkiv, damaging infrastructure 

On the night of August 2-3, Russia shelled Kharkiv, causing infrastructure damage in the Novobavar district.

This was announced by the mayor of Kharkiv Igor Terekhov.

The air raid alert lasted from 03:55 to 04:43.

"At 03:55 and at 03:56, Kharkiv heard two explosions. In one case, an aircraft landed in the Kholodnohirsky district of the city. Previously, there were no casualties or a fire. The State Emergency Service is clarifying the information about the second place of impact," Terekhov wrote.

At 04:51 an air raid alert was again announced in the Kharkiv region and Kharkiv.

Later, Igor Terekhov wrote on Telegram that as a result of the second shelling the infrastructure in the Novobavar district was damaged. There was no fire, only destruction. People were not injured.
