An air raid alert was announced in the Kharkiv region at 4:09. The explosions went off simultaneously with the siren.
"At 4:09, two hits. Both in the central part of the city. In one case, they got into a two-story building. The emergency services are already working there - they are dismantling the rubble, looking for people under them. In the other case, they hit the building of one of the higher educational institutions in Kharkiv. So far there is no information about the injured or the dead. I hope that there will not be," wrote the mayor of Kharkiv Igor Terekhov.
