Russia creates new mechanisms for mobilization in occupied Luhansk region - Military Administration

The head of the Sieverodonetsk city military administration, Oleksandr Striuk, noted that Russians are trying to mobilize almost all men in the Luhansk region

He said this on the Espreso TV channel.

"In Luhansk, the occupiers demonstrate some kind of recovery by advocating the use of advanced technologies in the educational process. In other words, they continue to demonstrate the existence of the pseudo-republic and total support for the Russian Federation. And all this is happening amidst the fact that almost all men are being mobilized from the occupied territory," emphasized Striuk.

According to the head of the Sieverodonetsk city military administration, Russians are coming up with new mechanisms for mobilization in the occupied territory.

"In the Sieverodonetsk community, they have already written down everyone's whereabouts. But mostly people understand the absurdity of the situation and try to evade mobilization in the occupied territory," added Striuk.
