Russia provoking war in Transnistria is evidence that Russia is ahead - Center for Army, Conversion and Disarmament Director
Russia understands that when the Ukrainian army will be more "hands-free", it is easy for Ukraine to destroy the first risk from Transnistria.
Director of the Center for Army, Conversion and Disarmament Valentyn Badrak shared his opinion with Espreso.
"If Ukraine together with Moldova started to destroy the so-called Transnistrian contingent, it would be to Ukraine's benefit and could become a tangible victory", said Badrak.
The expert added that the only obstacle is that Ukraine can not now disperse its forces into different directions: "Now is not the time to disperse forces," he said.
