Russia plans sabotage against its own population in Bryansk region - Center for National Resistance

Information preparations for the operation are underway. Thus, locals say that over the past two days, the Russian authorities have been warning them about the alleged infiltration of subversive and reconnaissance groups of the Ukrainian Armed Forces with the aim of sabotage against civilians.

Also, reinforcements are arriving in the area to simulate counter-sabotage measures.

"We would like to note that the Ukrainian Armed Forces are not fighting against civilians and are not planning any terrorist attacks on the territory of the Russian Federation," the statement says.
