Pipeline blown up in Russia's Rostov region

It is noted that this pipeline was used by Russia for military purposes.

Russia was pumping oil products from a local oil depot to tankers in the port area of the Azov Sea Port.

The loading of tankers with oil products has now been suspended for an indefinite term.
