Oil pumping station shut down in Chuvashia after drone attack

The head of Chuvashia, Oleg Nikolaev, confirmed the incident on Telegram.
“This morning, an attempt was recorded to use unmanned aerial vehicles from Ukraine on the territory of the Chuvash Republic. The strike targeted an oil pumping station near the village of Konar in the Tsivilsky district,” Nikolaev said.
According to him, there is no threat to the population and no casualties.
“Minor damage was caused. The facility’s operation has been suspended,” he added.
Nikolaev also said the emergency response system is working in reinforced mode.
