Russia needs at least a week to withdraw equipment from Kherson - Zgurets
In the Kherson region, Russian troops are moving their equipment by 8 pontoon crossings, but they need at least a week to complete the relocation
Serhiy Zgurets, the head of the information and consulting company Defense Express, shared his thoughts with Espreso.
According to him, Russian troops' withdrawal is on the verge of turning from an organized retreat into panic. However, it is too early to actually call it a panic because the occupiers are retreating to two points of further redeployment: behind Kherson and near Nova Kakhovka.
"At the moment, the occupiers are relocating by 8 pontoon crossings from 2 base areas along Dnipro's banks. At an average rate, it will take them about a week to relocate the equipment they have, using all those 8 pontoons every day. But it’s only in case everything goes smoothly. Now, when Russian equipment will be concentrated in these areas, the strikes of our artillery will be more noticeable and more necessary than ever. That’s when the panic will set in," Serhiy Zgurets said.
