The publication, citing a high-ranking Western official who has read intelligence data, notes that Russia may decide on a new major offensive against Ukraine at the beginning of next year. Including, it can seize Odessa and the southwestern coast of Ukraine.
"It is predicted that next year Ukraine may face another very serious offensive by Russia. And we must do everything possible to provide not only equipment, but also people - fresh people, well-trained people - to try to survive this", he noted.
