Russians may launch a new offensive in the East of Ukraine after February 15
Head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration Serhiy Haidai shared the information on Facebook.
According to him, Russian forces are bringing more and more reserves to the Luhansk region, including equipment and ammunition, and erecting defense lines. Russia is completing the training of mobilized soldiers.
However, according to him, it will take 2 more weeks to move the new servicemen to the front, form units and distribute them.
"That is, after February 15, we can expect (the offensive - ed.) at any time," Haidai said.
