Russia loses over 91,000 soldiers since starting war in Ukraine - General Staff

Since February 24, Russia has lost 91,150 soldiers, 2,922 tanks, 281 aircraft and 263 helicopters

The Ukrainian Armed Forces' General Staff shared their regular report, as below.

The total Russian combat losses from February 24 to December 4 amounted to:

  • personnel - about 91,150 (+550 per day)

  • tanks - 2,922 (+5)

  • armored fighting vehicles - 5,892 (+6) 

  • artillery systems - 1,908 (+2)

  • MLRS - 395 

  • air defense systems - 210

  • aircraft - 281 (+1)

  • helicopters - 263 

  • vehicles and tank trucks - 4,479 (+7)

  • ships/boats - 16

  • UAV operational-tactical level - 1,573 (+1)

  • special equipment - 163

  • cruise missiles - 531

Invading Russian forces suffered the greatest losses in the Lyman and Bakhmut directions.
