Russia loses around 48,700 soldiers, 2,009 tanks, 4,366 armored vehicles and 853 drones since starting Ukraine war

The Ukrainian Armed Forces' General Staff shared their regular report, as below.

The total Russian combat losses from February 24 to September 2 amounted to:

•  personnel - about 48 700 (+350 per day) 

•   tanks - 2009 (+12) 

•   armored fighting vehicles - 4366 (+21) 

•   artillery systems - 1126 (+11)

•   MLRS - 289 (+2)

•   air defense systems - 153 (+0)

•   aircraft - 234 (+0)

•   helicopters - 205 (+0)

•  UAV operational-tactical level - 853 (+2)

•   cruise missiles -  198 (+2) 

•   ships/boats - 15 (+0)

•   vehicles and tank trucks - 3247 (+8) 

•   special equipment - 105

Russian forces suffered the greatest losses over the past day in the Donetsk and Kurakhiv directions.
