Russia loses about 440 soldiers, 14 tanks, helicopter per day since starting war in Ukraine

The Ukrainian Armed Forces' General Staff shared their regular report, as below.

The total Russian combat losses from February 24 to October 9 amounted to:

• personnel - about 62,500 (+440 per day) 

• tanks - 2,486 (+14)

• armored fighting vehicles - 5,133 (+22) 

• artillery systems - 1,477 (+18)

• MLRS - 348 (+3) 

• air defense systems - 180

• aircraft - 266

• helicopters - 235 (+1) 

• vehicles and tank trucks - 3,890 (+15)

• ships/boats - 15

• UAV operational-tactical level - 1,086 (+7) 

• special equipment - 136

• cruise missiles - 247 (+1)
