Russia loses about 37,200 soldiers, 1,638 tanks and 108 air defense systems starting a war in Ukraine

The Ukrainian Armed Forces' General Staff shared their regular report, as below.

The total Russian combat losses from February 24 to July 9 amounted to:

•  personnel - about 37,200 (+300 per day) 

•   tanks - 1,638 (+1)

•   armored fighting vehicles - 3,815 (+4) 

•   artillery systems - 832 (+4)

•   MLRS - 247 

•   air defense systems - 108 (+1)

•   aircraft - 217 

•   helicopters - 187 

•   vehicles and tank trucks - 2,687 (+2)

•   ships/boats - 15

•   UAV operational-tactical level - 674 (+5)

•   special equipment - 66 

•   cruise missiles - 155

Russian forces suffered the greatest losses over the past day in the Kramatorsk (Donetsk region - Ed.) direction.
