Russia loses about 31,500 soldiers, 1,393 tanks, 178 helicopters since starting Ukraine war

The Ukrainian Armed Forces' General Staff shared their regular report, as below.

The total Russian combat losses from February 24 to June 8 amounted to:

•  personnel - about 31,500 (+140 per day) 

•   tanks - 1,393 (+3) 

•   armored fighting vehicles - 3,429 (+13) 

•   artillery systems - 703 (+9)

•   MLRS - 213 (+6)

•   air defense systems - 96 

•   aircraft - 212 

•   helicopters - 178 (+1)

•   vehicles and tank trucks - 2,406 (+1)

•   ships/boats - 13

•   UAV operational-tactical level - 559 (+6)

•   special equipment - 53

•   cruise missiles - 125

Russian forces suffered the greatest losses over the past day in the Slovyansk direction (Donetsk region - Ed.)
