Russia launches S-300 missiles at Kharkiv region

After midnight, the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, called on residents of the region to take shelter and confirmed that Russians were shelling the region.

The head of the Kharkiv Defense Forces, General Serhiy Melnyk, reported that Russian troops had launched missiles from S-300 systems. Suspilne TV channel reported at least seven explosions.

As of 12:40 a.m., there are no reports of civilian casualties. According to Serhiy Lobodenko, head of the Chuhuiv district military administration, emergency services are searching for the impact sites. 

• As a result of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, 27 bridges were destroyed and damaged in Kharkiv region. In a year, 8 of them have been completely rebuilt.
