"In the evening, on January 3, the Russian military launched a missile attack on the town of Snihurivka. A hit on the industrial premises caused a fire, which was quickly extinguished. Private houses were also damaged. Four people sustained various injuries, including a minor girl," he wrote.

In addition, on the morning of January 4, the Russian troops shelled Ochakiv twice with artillery. The first attack resulted in a fire at an energy infrastructure facility. The consequences of the second are being clarified.

The press service of the Mykolaiv Regional Prosecutor's Office clarified that the wounded girl is 12 years old and in serious condition.

"According to the investigation, on January 3, at about 17:45, the Russian army, using an S-300 anti-aircraft missile system, fired on Snihurivka, Bashtanka district, Mykolaiv region. The attack damaged more than 30 residential buildings and outbuildings, as well as vehicles. Residents of the houses adjacent to the scene were evacuated," the statement said.

Proceedings have been opened for violation of the laws and customs of war.
