Russia launches 8 cruise missiles at Kryvyi Rih

The head of the Kryvyi Rih Military Administration, Oleksandr Vilkul, reported the explosions at 5:05 p.m.

An air raid alert was announced in Kryvyi Rih at 4:56 p.m.

"Kryvyi Rih is under missile attack. Stay in shelters. Do not film or post anything on social media," Vilkul wrote. 

The Russians hit Kryvyi Rih with 8 Kalibr cruise missiles. A hydraulic structure was damaged. The water level in the Inhulets River has risen.

"At the site of the impact, 100 cubic meters of water leaked out per second. This is a significant volume. The water level in the Ingulets River changes over the course of a year. We are clearly aware of the large-scale tasks that lie ahead of us to eliminate the consequences of missile strikes," Kyrylo Tymoshenko added.
