Poltava Regional Military Administration Head Dmytro Lunin reported the attacks.
"Russians shelled the Kremenchug refinery 4 times. Also, the sound of explosions was heard near Poltava.
Details later. Don't leave the shelter," said the regional head.
Advisor to Interior Minister Anton Gerashchenko added that 7 missiles hit the region:
"7 missiles hit the Kremenchug oil refinery. In addition, another missile hit nearby railways. Information on casualties and the destruction is specified."
Dmytro Lunin said that there were much more missiles:
"From 8 to 12 Russian missiles hit the Kremenchug refinery and other infrastructure. Details later. The threat of air raids still remains. Don't leave the shelter."
