"Russian troops are stepping up their activity in the eastern and southern directions. They are trying to make up for their defeats. They continue missile, bomb and artillery strikes. They are bringing in new columns of equipment. They are looking for reserves. They are trying to take people from the south of our country into their troops. From these temporarily occupied regions, in addition to mobilization in certain regions of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions", the President's address reads.
