Russia is no longer global military threat, Putin's regime is laughing stock - Kyrylo Budanov
The head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine's Ministry of Defense, Kyrylo Budanov, believes that Russia is no longer a military threat to the world, and Putin's regime is a laughing stock
Kyrylo Budanov said this in an interview with ABC News.
“Putin's regime is a laughing stock for everyone,” Budanov said and added that the Russian army's role is practically reduced to protecting the territories they occupied in Ukraine.
The head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine's Ministry of Defense spoke about the Russian Federation's future - we should not be afraid of its transformation, because it will only benefit the whole world.
“Russia is no longer a military threat to the world, it's just a tall tale,” Budanov believes.
He also said that the only problem is Russia's nuclear arsenal and an uncontrolled regime, which will lead to the fact that “the whole world will realize the need for denuclearization of Russia or at least international control over its nuclear arsenal.”
"A terrorist country swinging a nuclear bat at everyone and spewing threats is not a regime that has an ethical or political right to be in control of weapons of mass destruction," Budanov added.
