She said this on Espreso TV.

“We have said from the very beginning that the pause taken by the enemy with massive missile attacks can be from 10 to 14 days. But this does not mean that missile or air aggression cannot be ruled out during this time. We have also noted that the enemy's tactics are looking for new approaches, as the enemy realizes that our air defense is working effectively, and enemy missile attacks are going to the detriment. That is, the missiles are used, but they cannot deliver the strikes that the enemy expects. However, there are some hits, which may calm them down a bit. They are changing tactics, adding Shahed drones, using waves of attacks, but we see that the enemy has reduced the time period between the previous missile attack and today's, and has also reduced the number of weapons used, namely missiles, by almost three times,” the OC South's press center head noted.

Natalia Humeniuk commented that last night, February 16, there were Kalibrs attacks on the south from the Black Sea. Strikes were aimed at critical infrastructure, but all eight missiles were destroyed by the air defense: six over Mykolaiv and two over Kherson. In parallel with the attack from the sea, enemy strategic aviation was operating in the sky, firing other types of air-launched missiles. Shahed drones were also used.

“This all indicates that the enemy is looking for new tactics to inflict maximum damage. In addition, our observations indicate that the enemy is looking for air defense systems, so they are using not only the classic type of drones that we are used to, but also those 'mysterious' bullets that are sent, let's say, downwind,” Humeniuk concluded.
