According to the General Staff, Russian forces have stepped up the administrative and police regime and introduced a curfew in the Skadovsk district, Kherson region.
Russian forces have banned moving between settlements, movement within settlements is permitted only during the day.
Overall, on December 4, Russian forces shelled more than 20 settlements of the Kherson region along the right bank of the Dnipro River with artillery. They repeatedly shell the civilian population of the city of Kherson.
Earlier, the National Resistance Center, operating under the Special Operations Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, reported that Russian security forces had been transferred to the temporarily occupied part of the Kherson region with the aim of illegally conscripting residents of the region into the Russian army.
