"The blast wave smashed windows in high-rise buildings and damaged an educational institution and a supermarket," Kurtiev added.
On Friday, July 28, Russian terrorists launched a rocket attack on a high-rise building and the SBU building in Dnipro. Nine people were injured in the attack.
