Russia hits Kharkiv city center at night 

On the night of July 16, Russia attacked Kharkiv with four S-300 missiles. Two rockets hit the stadium and the road

This was announced by the head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration Oleh Syniehubov.

Around 01:30, the Russian invaders  fired 4 S-300 air defense missiles at Kharkiv from the Belgorod region.

Two rockets exploded in the air, while the other 2 rockets hit the ground at the stadium and on the road in the Shevchenkivskyi district. The windows of a 4-story building were also broken.

Earlier, the mayor of the city, Ihor Terekhov, reported on the explosions in Kharkiv.

"Preliminary information suggests that there were missile impacts in the central part of the city. One in the Shevchenkivskyi district of Kharkiv resulted in no damage, and there is currently no information about any victims. The State Emergency Service is currently assessing the situation regarding the other rocket attacks," Terekhov stated.

The mayor mentioned that the Russians likely targeted Kharkiv with S-300 missiles.
