Russia hits foreign civilian ship in Black Sea with Kh-31P missile. Ukrainian is killed and there are wounded
On November 8, invading Russian forces fired a Kh-31P anti-radar missile in the direction of Odesa region in the Black Sea. A maritime pilot was killed, he was a citizen of Ukraine

"Continuing the terror of civilian shipping, the enemy insidiously fired a Kh-31P anti-radar missile in the direction of one of the ports of Odesa region from tactical aircraft in the Black Sea," the Defense Forces write.
It is known that the missile hit the superstructure of a civilian ship flying the Liberian flag as it entered the port.
Three crew members, who are Filipino citizens, were injured and one was hospitalized. The pilot was killed and another port worker was injured.
"Russia has once again confirmed its status as an international terrorist state," the Southern Defense Forces emphasized.
On November 9, during the Suspilne.Resistance TV marathon, the head of the Joint Coordination Press Center of the Southern Defense Forces, Natalia Humeniuk, said that the maritime pilot who died from the Russian strike was a citizen of Ukraine.
"There was also information about the injury of another port worker. The injuries are not critical, most likely, a barotrauma. As for the health of the crew members, only one was hospitalized, the rest were treated on the spot and remained on board the vessel. The vessel itself suffered quite significant damage," said Humeniuk.
