Russia hits apartment building in Kherson, killing one person, injuring four more

On November 11, the Russian army hit an apartment building in Kherson and shelled the suburbs, killing one person and injuring four more. The house of Ihor Yosypenko, a deputy of the regional council, was damaged

This was reported by the Kherson Regional Military Administration. 

The Russian forces attacked the central part of Kherson at around 3:20 p.m. An enemy shell hit an apartment building: two people were injured. 

"A 29-year-old woman sustained moderate injuries to her head, neck and legs. She was hospitalised. A 53-year-old woman from Kherson sustained a contusion and a leg injury. The victim was provided with medical aid, she will undergo further treatment on an outpatient basis," the Kherson Regional Military Administration said. 

Roman Mrochko, head of the Kherson City Military Administration, reported the shelling of the Kherson suburbs. 

He noted that Russian troops attacked the suburb around 3:00 p.m. Two women were injured in the shelling. One of them was hospitalised. The 30-year-old victim's condition is moderate.

"Another woman was wounded. After examination and medical care, she was sent for outpatient treatment," added Mrochko.

The Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office reported that the man sustained injuries incompatible with life. He died in the hospital.

Ihor Yosypenko, a deputy of the regional council from the European Solidarity party, told media that his house in the private sector was damaged as a result of the shelling. The shelling caused a fire in the house.
