Russia has already used 95% of its offensive potential in the war with Ukraine - the Pentagon

According to the Russian BBC, a high-ranking Pentagon official told about this on the basis of anonymity, informs Espresso.TV

No significant advance of Russian troops over the previous day was noticed at the Pentagon. The 64-kilometer column near Kyiv is still standing (external observers suggest that it got stuck in the swamp and most likely burned all the fuel).

A few more observations from the Pentagon:

• There are no naval landings in the Odessa area yet and there are no signs that it will start any time soon.

• The Russian Air Force still does not control the airspace over Ukraine. Ukrainian fighter planes and helicopters are flying, air defense is operating.  

• The Pentagon cannot confirm the use of cluster and thermobaric munitions by Russia. 

• It cannot confirm the mobilization of reservists in Russia. 

• It cannot confirm the fact that Russian aircraft dropped a 500-kilogram bomb on Chernobyl.
