Russia forces Ukrainian medics to register for military service
In the temporarily occupied Luhansk region, Russian troops force employees of medical institutions to register for military service to compensate for the Russian army’s losses.

The so-called “Ministry of Health”, operating on the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, issued an order for employees of medical institutions in the region to register for military service. In this way, Russian troops plan to replenish their personnel numbers due to significant manpower losses and shortage of medical personnel in Russian military units.
According to the General Staff, Russia's losses over the day, November 16, amounted to: 400 soldiers, 7 tanks, 7 armoured vehicles and 6 drones.
