The Center for Strategic Communications and Information Security reports.
"Biological laboratories study the properties of pathogens capable of causing pandemics. There are a total of 330 of them worldwide," - such information with reference to the Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu is being spread by pro-Kremlin media.
In reality, claims about the alleged presence of American biological laboratories in Ukraine are a continuation of Putin's lies aimed at justifying Russian aggression against Ukraine.
At the same time, Russian propagandists provide no official evidence of the operation of these so-called American biological laboratories on the territory of Ukraine.
- Russia is trying to convince the world that President Vladimir Putin is seeking peace in Ukraine, unlike the United States. In this way, Russia wants to shift responsibility for the war to the United States.
