This is reported by the Center for Strategic Communications and Information Security.
Propaganda Telegram channels report that Le Figaro is allegedly discussing the use of French nuclear weapons against Russia in Ukraine.
"This decision of President Macron was supported on June 13 by Mounir Belhamiti, a deputy of the pro-presidential party Renaissance, on social network X," the Russians write.
In fact, on June 13, Mounir Belhamiti did not publish such posts on social network X. Instead, the video fake was edited from fragments of various videos and a post created with the help of graphic editors.
