Russia destroys over 600 hectares of grain crops in Zaporizhzhia

The National Police of Ukraine informs about this.

It is noted that the Russian invaders continue to destroy the Ukrainian harvest. As a result of rocket fire on July 12, cluster shells burned more than 600 hectares of grain crops of different varieties, including wheat, barley and rapeseed.

In addition, a representative of the Orikhiv village council addressed the police and reported that last week in Mala Tokmachka, the Russians also targeted wheat fields with phosphorus and rocket ammunition. As a result, more than 800 hectares of crops were destroyed.

The National Police also notes that over the past day, law enforcement agencies have received several reports of injured citizens who received shrapnel injuries of varying degrees of severity as a result of Russian shelling of settlements in the Polohivskyi and Vasylkivskyi districts. 

Also, over the past 24 hours, the police received 22 reports of armed aggression by representatives of the Russian army against the civilian population of the Hulyaipilskyi district, which lasted throughout the day of July 12.

Enemy fire caused significant damage to the private houses of the residents of Hulyaipole. They have destroyed roofs and slate covering, cut walls, as well as facades. In addition, the shock wave shattered windows and damaged the doors of houses. 

The Russians also targeted the local center for children's and youth creativity, as a result of which the stained-glass windows, hall, classrooms, as well as concert hall were destroyed.

Also, as a result of the shelling of Rivnopillya and Poltavka of the Hulyaipilskyi district, two agricultural and industrial facilities were destroyed. Warehouses and an administrative building burned down at the cattle breeding enterprise. Several animals were killed by shrapnel.

As a result of shelling of the vegetable and crop growing enterprise by enemy projectiles, economic buildings and warehouses were damaged.
