Russia deploys all resources to stop Ukrainian forces in east and south

In a nightly video address after a meeting with his top commanders, Zelenskyy said:

“We must all understand very clearly, as clearly as possible, that Russian forces in our southern and eastern lands are doing everything they can and deploying all resources in order to stop our soldiers,” he said.

“And every thousand meters we advance, every success of every combat brigade deserves our gratitude. Everyone who goes to the assault, everyone who repels enemy attacks, are great, and I am grateful to each of our soldiers,” Zelenskyy added.

• Since the start of the full-scale invasion, Russia has lost 236,590 troops in the war in Ukraine. On July 13, the Defense Forces repelled Russian attacks near Berkhivka and Pervomaiske.
