Russia declares new "administrative center" of Kherson region
Russian-installed authorities had to change the "administrative center" of the occupied part of the Kherson region as Ukraine returned control of the city of Kherson

RIA-Novosti, a Russian propaganda publication, reported the announcement.
According to Alexander Fomin, who holds a position in the Russian-installed administration of the region, the Ukrainian city of Henichesk will become the new "center" of the temporarily occupied part of the Kherson region.
Russian-appointed authorities were forced to change the "administrative capital" after the Ukrainian Armed Forces de-occupied the city of Kherson.
