The Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense reported this on Telegram.
According to intelligence sources, Russian Deputy Defense Minister Dmytro Bulgakov at a special meeting ordered the occupying administration of Crimea not to disclose any information to residents about explosions at ammunition depots and military facilities.
If the information somehow becomes known to the residents of the temporarily occupied Crimea, it should be attributed to the carelessness and carelessness of certain individuals. According to intelligence information, the "culprits" have already been identified. In cases of disclosure of information, they will be immediately prosecuted.
