Russia launches drones and several waves of missile attacks at night
Shahed drones were observed heading westward in Ukraine, and air defense systems were activated in the Cherkasy region

At 21:25, a warning was issued about the potential use of attack drones in the Mykolaiv, Kherson, and Dnipropetrovsk regions. These enemy drones were moving northwest and soon entered the Kirovohrad and Cherkasy regions. Around midnight, they turned westward toward the Khmelnytskyi region. During this time, the head of the Cherkasy regional administration, Ihor Taburets, reported on the deployment of air defense forces in the region.
By 23:30, the regions of Kharkiv, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, and Dnipropetrovsk were under the threat of ballistic missile attacks.
At 23:43, the aggressors introduced a third element: a missile threat was announced in the Poltava and Kherson regions.
At 00:24, an alarm was lifted in all regions, with the exception of Vinnytsia and Cherkasy.
Around 01:00 AM, a missile threat was reinstated in the Kherson, Mykolaiv, Kirovohrad, and Cherkasy regions. By 01:32, these threats had been successfully repelled.
At 01:17, the air alert extended to the Chernivtsi region. Ternopil Oblast was added at 01:45, and Rivne region at 02:03.
At 02:15, a missile threat was declared once again in the Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, Kherson, Mykolaiv, and Kirovohrad regions.
By around 03:00, the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported that the threats of drone attacks and missile strikes had been over in all regions.
