Car crashes into Russian consulate gate in Sydney
In Sydney, Australia, a car rammed the gate of the Russian Consulate General on September 1. Police arrested the driver

ABC News reports that the crash has happened around 8 a.m. Monday. A 39-year-old man driving a white SUV broke through the gate, entered the consulate grounds, and smashed the car’s windows. Staff were inside the building at the time.
Police detained the driver and took him to a station. Investigators have opened a criminal case and are working to establish the circumstances.
