Russia cancels POW exchange planned for January 14

The Coordination Headquarters on the Treatment of Prisoners of War reported this.
“It should be noted that another exchange of prisoners of war with the Russian side was planned today. However, it was canceled at the last moment on the initiative of the Russians. It is not difficult to guess the reasons for such a decision,” the statement says.
