Russia can return to normality only through defeat
In recent decades, the West has, unfortunately, begun to forget its values in exchange for Russian gas
The concept of democratization of Russia through interaction, business, cultural cooperation, and civil society, which is very conditional in the Russian Federation, did not justify itself. It was a false theory of the West that this country could somehow be democratized in this way. Within its current internationally recognized borders, Russia will not be able to get rid of its imperial ambitions, it will always return to these rails of tyranny.

Finally, in Josep Borrell's speech, we heard what we have been telling our partners for a long time - that in fact, in recent decades, the West has unfortunately begun to forget its values in exchange for Russian gas and cheap labor in China.
Many are now paying more attention to what our Baltic colleagues are saying, because they have been talking about it in unison with us since 2014. What does Poland say, which has shown itself incredibly worthily during these 9 months of war, what does the Czech Republic say, which has taken on additional, leadership potential, in particular, due to its current presidency in the European Union, trying to promote an increasingly valuable agenda, including due to changes in the EU bureaucracy.
