According to him, the world should terminate all ties and completely isolate Russia from the outside world.

"Russia is moving to ugly tactics aimed at maximum damage to the civilian population: bombing residential areas and critical infrastructure, threatening nuclear facilities. Sanctions should be strengthened. Ban Sberbank from SWIFT, impose an oil embargo, close ports to Russian ships. Sever all ties", the message says.
