The National Resistance Center reported the information.
According to information from the Crimean underground, the Russian military received new orders to increase the defense capabilities of the occupying forces on the peninsula.
It noted that Russian troops are transferring air defense equipment to Simferopol.
The guerrillas also record the construction of new fortifications, the so-called dragon's teeth - fortifications made of wood, concrete or granite.
