On the night of May 3, residents of several Ukrainian regions heard explosions. Later, air defense systems were triggered in Kyiv, shooting down all targets around the capital. However, in Dnipro, an administrative building was damaged and a fire broke out. There was also an attack in the Mykolaiv region; a private house caught fire.

In addition, Russian troops attacked the Kirovohrad region. An oil depot in the regional center was damaged by 3 drones.

"Today, the Russian aggressor once again attacked Ukraine with drones and missiles. There are hits in the Kirovohrad region. Around 3 am, 3 Geranium-2s attacked an oil depot in the regional center at once," Andriy Raikovych, head of the Regional Military Administration, posted on Telegram.

There were no casualties. According to him, relevant forces immediately started working on liquidating the consequences of the attack. Information about the extent of damage is being clarified.
