Russia attacks suburbs of Kupyansk with artillery

According to the investigation, on September 17, at about 12:00 am, Russian servicemen fired on the village of Podoly, located in the suburbs of Kupyansk, Kharkiv region. According to preliminary data, Russian troops fired from artillery.
Adirect hit to an apartment building was recorded. Neighboring private households and cars were damaged.
Prosecutors, in cooperation with police investigators, documented the consequences of Russia's armed aggression.
Under the procedural supervision of the Kupyansk District Prosecutor's Office of Kharkiv Region, a pre-trial investigation was initiated into the violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
On the night of September 16-17, Russian troops launched missile attacks on the city of Kharkiv. In addition, agricultural land and a grain storage facility were hit in the Odesa region.
