Russia announces ballistic missile test: warhead hits target in Kazakhstan
Russia's Missile Forces have tested an intercontinental ballistic missile, the warhead of which hit a target at the Sary-Nagan test site in Kazakhstan

“On April 11, 2023, a combat crew of the Strategic Missile Forces successfully launched an intercontinental ballistic missile of a mobile ground-launched missile system from the Kapustin Yar test site in the Astrakhan region,” the Russian Defense Ministry said, TASS quoted.
Journalists claimed that the missile's training warhead hit a target at the Sary-Nagan test site in Kazakhstan. As explained by the Russian Defense Ministry, the launch made it possible to confirm “the correctness of the design and technical solutions used in the development of new strategic systems.”
