Russia accuses Ukraine of shelling Bryansk region, says 4 dead

During the night, the governor reported the destruction of one house and a subsequent fire at the impact site. He later updated the situation, stating that several additional houses had sustained damage. Currently, efforts are underway to clear the debris from the destroyed building.
