According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, Ukraine allegedly attacked the base of the Black Sea Fleet in Sevastopol and civilian infrastructure in Crimea on March 23 and April 24.
The attacks were carried out using humanitarian corridors, which were being used for the export of Ukrainian agricultural products.
The ministry also claimed that unmanned boats, allegedly launched from the port of Odesa, were designated for the "Black Sea initiative".
Consequently, the Russian Federation has accused Ukraine of jeopardizing the next extension of the "grain agreement" after May 18 of this year.
On April 24, explosions were heard in the temporarily occupied Sevastopol, and the occupation authorities reported that the Russian navy was repelling surface drones.
Earlier on March 14, the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs proposed extending the "grain agreement" for 60 days. However, Ukrainian Minister of Infrastructure Oleksandr Kubrakov stated that the proposal to extend the grain agreement for only 60 days does not align with the signed agreements, which require an extension of at least 120 days.
