Russia claims Ukrainian drone attacked Kursk region, cutting power to 5 settlements

The governor of the Kursk region, Roman Starovoyt, reported this.
According to the governor, 5 settlements were de-energized.
"A Ukrainian UAV dropped two explosive devices on a substation in Sloboda Belaya, Belyovsky district. One of the transformers caught fire. Five settlements and a hospital were cut off from power supply. Firefighters have arrived at the scene. The power supply will be restored as soon as it is safe to restore," Starovoyt writes.
The propaganda news agency RIA Novosti, citing the Russian Defense Ministry, reported that Russian air defense destroyed 11 UAVs overnight: one over the Kaluga region and 10 over the Kursk region.
