This was reported by the so-called emergency services, Russian News Agency TASS informs.
"A truck with military personnel and a minibus collided in the "DPR," 16 people were killed and 3 more were injured," the report says.
The accident occurred in the Shakhtarsk district of the Donetsk region.
Subsequently, it became known that the number of victims increased to six. Some are in intensive care in serious conditions.
