President of the International Committee of the Red Cross, Mirjana Spoljaric Egger, arrived in Ukraine on December 8 for a four-day visit.

"Today I’ll meet with people in Mykolayiv and Kherson Oblast who are facing a desperate winter – and meet the ICRC in Ukraine and Red Cross Ukraine teams working to help," president noted.
