Record number of pink flamingos arrive in Tuzla estuaries

It is noted that this is currently the largest number of flamingos recorded by scientists in the national park. Almost all of them are adult birds, but there are also some young ones this year.

"Several birds are ringed with white rings (it was not possible to determine their origin), and one bird had a blue ring, this guest is Italian," the statement said.

• Seal pups continue to be born near the Akademik Vernadsky station. As of 7 October, polar explorers counted five newborn seals.
